I am now in the lovely stage of "showing" which I absolutely love! I hate the "in between" stage where people wonder..."is she pregnant, or just getting a gut?" I now get to hear all of the many different remarks about my ever growing belly from people I know as well as strangers . My belly is a great conversation starter. I think it's so crazy that one person will say, "Oh my goodness, I didn't even know you were pregnant, you are hardly showing" and another will say, (ahem, my bishop) "Wow, you're looking mighty pregnant". I think my all time favorite comment was from a new friend whom I only met a few weeks ago who tried to complement me by saying, "wow, you barley look pregnant, you look like your only 22 weeks or something". She must of thought I was 8 months or so because I shocked her when I said, "I am 22 weeks, good guess". I realize this is the beginning of lots of interesting and awkward comments. I'm fully prepared for the strangers in the grocery store who come up to me looking so sorry for me and saying,"oh, you poor thing, you must be due any minute." "Nope, 7 more weeks, but thanks". I get that one every time! For all of you who look at this picture and think, "she's not that big", just you wait, I get huge!

24 Weeks Prego!

You look so cute!! I don't show til literally about 7 months. Everyone that is "normal" and shows about 4-5, hates me cuse I still fit into my regular clothes. But, I look like a house now! Hope you're feeling well! I'm excited for your new baby girl, that's so exciting!
Absolutely adorable. I must admit that I am totally jealous because you are right about the boys and girls thing. This boy is shooting straight out of me. Yeah- I'm pretty sure that my baby looks pregnant with my belly button pushing out as far as it is.
You look fabulous. I am so proud of you for making pregnancy absolutely lovely. I'm sure I will do a great job of making people in Utah not want to have children any more. I'll either email or post a pic soon... if I'm brave enough. Take care!!
I love it! You look way too cute, no surprise there though. And I also like the glimpse into your new house. It looks so nice. Can't wait to see it for myself. Love you!!xox
I'm not sure I totally believe the "huge" thing, but huge for you means sorta big for someone else. Huge for most people means gaining 60 lbs at least. I doubt your body could handle much more than 35.
So fess up, how much do you really gain?
oh Glory, I mean I ALWAYS wish I look like you but especially when you're pregnant. I can't wait to see what you look like "huge" so keep the pics up. =)
Whatever. Your blog is gorgeous, just like you! :-)
PS: LOVE the name Ruby.
If I had a dollar for every comment I received (just while I was pregnant with Parker) the rude comments that would make you want to cry because people can be so rude Anyway, if I had a dollar for each of those comments I could pay off our students loans! At least my doctor was always nice and let me know everything was fine. He did tell me that I should tell people I was having triplets (not sure what he meant, maybe he thought I looked like I was having triplets).
Glo, you're a radiant (but very tiny) pregnant woman! I love it! You are just going to love having #4! Don't buy into everyone saying it's so overwhelming. It's ALWAYS so fun and refreshing for everyone in the home to celebrate a new spirit from heaven. With each one, I'm sure you'll agree, you only feel more complete. That's why I love your mom so much, she really understood all the sweetness and amazingness (is that a word?) that foes along with having children. Way to go Glo!!
Glory you look so cute. I love you and can't wait to see Ruby! I am totally going to come and see you both.. The whole family :)
So my Mom and I were having a discussion about showing and I told her how cute you were- so I showed her how you look. We decided that you look like a non-pregnant person that ate too many cheeseburgers for lunch.
Mmmm... cheeseburgers. Maybe that's why I'm bigger than you... that's ok. I'll just wash it down with some Ben and Jerry's.
P.S. I HAVE MARATHON FEVER!! I even got desperate and searched for marathons next summer. Impossible? Probably... just thought you should know that I totally (and thankfully) blame you. Miss you Cute Cheeseburger Belly!!
You look glorious! People do say that worst things to pregnant people. I don't know if its just cause we're all extra sensitive due to the crazy hormones, morning sickness or our waistlines doubling and tripling in size or what. Anyway, you look fantastic and I am so excited for you guys.
Hello cute blog. Never knew you existed. Thanks for (not) spreading the love?!
PS - I looked like that at 24 DAYS! I hate you. (but I love you)
You look great! How are you feeling? Karen said that you had back problems a while ago. I hope that you are feeling better!
Glory!! So beautiful!! I absolutely lOVE the belly. I could just stare at that cute picture. Okay, that sounds wierd :) How's the back lately? Still good?
