I wasn't planning on blogging today, especially since the last time I posted something, it took 24 hours to upload 2 photos (no I'm not joking) So needless to say, blogging has been put on the back burner. Well, last week Paul changed our Internet service and today I finally sat down to test out the uploading speed of the Internet and to my pleasant surprise I can actually upload several pictures in just a few minutes! So, blogging, I'm back! This probably means I'll post something once a month instead of every couple of months ; ). I've had all sorts of great ideas of things I'd love to blog about, you know, the things you think about while vacuuming, folding laundry, or while lying in bed and maybe someday I will, but for today I'll just be random. I have about 15 pictures on my camera right now, and here are most of them....

Feeling the love at my 30th Birthday Party! I love these girls!
Some of my friends at my party. We played a trivia game to determine my BFF, and the guy in the brown sweater, Tyler, Won! Not too crazy though since he's Paul's best friend and he's known me for 10 years!
The two Greg's
More friends (FYI to my siblings: the guy with the blue button up shirt is Troy Martins cousin, small world!)
My pretty lady friends and my adorable hubby who threw the party! It was a Fabulous party, the best one I've ever had! And to my pleasant surprise I'm actually totally cool with being 30! I feel as though I'm starting a new chapter in my life. I'm wiser, more mature (I hope) and confident of who I am. I have a feeling that the 30's are going to be amazing!
My little peach posing for the camera
floating in the pool has become a daily ritual at our house
Toothless wonder. She lost 4 top teeth around the same time. Paul calls her Granny.
Ya! We LOVE having a pool! We take full advantage of it! We had our first of hopefully many pool parties last week... pizza, music, lots of laughing children and back flip competitions among the husbands. I think we'll have another one this week!
What would you like? Tall and tan, or chubby, soft and white? I've gottem both! Two of my greatest loves in my life!
My favorite time of day in my favorite room. The room glows with sunshine and the pool sparkles right outside those windows. I have spent many a hour lying on this couch with a good book. I recently finished our book club's choice of, Left to Tell about the Rwandan Holocaust. Such a great read that inspires you to pray always, purge yourself of hate, find and stay close to God and with His help be able to forgive the unforgivable. Can't wait for my next date with this couch, same time, same place, new book.
Happy Monday to Y'all!

Happy Monday in deed. I have been waiting for this for MONTHS!!!!!! I love it. You can never have too many pictures. And I will take one of both, a tall tan, and soft chubby that is. Too cute. Eliza seems so big. It kills me. Even her stance says "I'm grown up". Can't believe her worst nightmare of being called granny is ok now by her daddy. YOU look so pretty at your party. It sounded so fun. I wish I could be your best friend. Your pool always looks so nice and refreshing. So glad you posted that last picture of your living room, I was trying to eye in more in your party pictures. It is so crazy fancy pants nice. When did you become such a great home decorator. You are going to need to help me. Don't lose the date- July after I get back from mom and dads. You are going to win me back to Utah. I know you are so busy when you are here but you got to save one day for poor little old me. I love you. I'm really looking forward to the next blog!!! yippee

Hey GlowBug, Happy Late Birthday, by the way. You are handling 30 much better than I am. :)You of course look stunning in your birthday picture. I love your pool and your gorgeous living room. Oh, and I want to read that book now! I need to join a book club, I love to read. And am I getting from Amy's comment that you are going to be in Utah sometime? I want to see you! It would even be fun to see you passing on the road and wave to you. Do I sound like an obsessed fan or something? :) Anyway, glad to see things happening in your life. Love ya!
