I just found this two second video, it's literally seconds after I crossed the finish line, I thought it really captured the moment(s) Paul thought he was taking a picture but realized it was on video. Brings back memories...
Glory, I meant to post on all your other marathon blogs, but never did, so here's my chance! You're amazing! What hard work, but also what exhilaration, excitement, and confidence you must have in knowing your abilities, what you can do when you're determined.
Marathons blow my mind. Just thinking of this triathlon we're doing makes me nervous. But my boss at work is training for one now--and he never struck me as a runner--so today I told Amy, "We should do one."
We'll see what comes of that. Anyway, you're inspiring, and I really really want to drive across the southwest to come visit you guys--right now.
