I had a great 28
th birthday, thanks to all of you who called, emailed, sent a card, watched my kids so I could go out to lunch with Paul (thanks Marty!) or dedicated an entire post to me (thank you Amy!) I really did feel loved. While on the phone with my Mom, my creative kids decided to make me creations out of tin foil. Eliza brought me the foil MOM and Grant made the 28. They never cease to amaze me with their unique creativity.

Thanks Paul for the yummy chocolate cake! (notice the candles say 23... that's right Paul, I'm only 23!)

Hi Glo!!
I am sooo thrilled to see you and your cute family! I can't believe we're all inching our way to 30! The piano music on your site brought back major memories. I couldn't remember if it was you, your mom, or James that played that growing up. I love you and am so happy to see your smile.
Love, your cousin Rachel
Your kids are so creative. I'm glad you had a great b-day! love you
Nothing beats a tin foil birthday message (of course, a sweet message from your cute sister is hard to beat). I was glad to see that you are 23- I always wanted to be older than you. :)

I'm glad your kids were cute and nice to you on your birthday. My were pills, but that is okay. The next day Ben got up with them (after being out until 1:30 playing...whatever that game is they played) and let me sleep in. He made us breakfast and cleaned up the dishes!
LOVE the tin foil!
